Garrett Sorley

Garrett is a U.S. Navy Veteran and cleared defense professional with over a decade in SIGINT, ISR systems, and C4ISR program support. He currently supports Navy Surface, NAVAIR, and ISR programs, leading cross-functional teams across classified environments. He holds a TS/SCI with CI Polygraph, an MBA in Government Contracting, and is a Doctoral candidate in Strategic Intelligence.

Charlie Guevara

Charlie is advising on revenue, data and technology integrations. Prior to his current AI-focused company, Quintilian, Charlie spent over 20 years scaling revenue acrossAI, AdTech, and SaaS businesses, including leading Global Sales at Albert, one of the first autonomous AI marketing platforms, and building enterprise partnerships and revenue teams across high-growth companies and exits. He also operates across investment and advisory roles through VO (Virtuous Operations), connecting brands, capital, and emerging companies across media, technology, and the creator economy. Charlie's focus is onbuilding durable and scalable revenue systems, and aligning incentives through performance-based models.

Thomas Meurling

Thomas is an International Business Development Executive with 30 years in underwater sensors, sonar, and defense systems across Europe, the Americas, and APAC. He specializes in scaling maritime technologies for MDA, MCM, ASW, and Hydrographic operations, with a record including 300% APAC revenue growth. He has held senior roles at Ocean Power Technologies, MIND Technology, and Teledyne Marine, and served with the Royal Swedish Navy on sonar integration for submarines.

Will Traver

Will is the Founder and CEO of Oceion. He is responsible for company strategy, product vision, business development, partnerships, fundraising, customer engagement, and overall execution.

Will brings experience in complex heavy civil infrastructure, procurement, logistics, and coastal resilience projects involving multiple stakeholders, significant capital investment, and demanding operational requirements. His background includes project estimating, strategic sourcing, contract management, marine infrastructure development, and technology commercialization planning.
